Tax benefits
Donations to the Institute are tax-deductible: in full and without limit for legal entities (Law December 23, 2005, no. 266, art. 1, paragraph 353), up to a maximum of 10% of the total declared income or up to €70,000 for individuals (Decree Law March 14, 2005, no. 35, art. 14, paragraph 1). For tax purposes, it is essential to keep the payment receipt.
ISTITUTO PASTEUR ITALIA is a member of the Istituto Italiano della Donazione, an organization that certifies the clear and transparent use of funds raised, and is authorized to use the “Donare con fiducia” mark.
